If climate change is going to increase flooding as they claim, why would they build the energy supply in a flood zone?

Because they are as thick as a Besser Block and twice as dense. Climate Change is the greatest con-job since the 2000 panic about the change of the century and the action of computers not being able to change over. Planes were going to fall out of the sky and all sorts of disaster’s were going to happen. This was all from the same mob running the same show to day.
