Do You Need an ID Card?
We are now issuing Volunteer ID cards to Volunteers.
Hospitals and aged care facilities require visitors representing RSL to wear photo identification. Also when visiting an older person in their home, identification cards provide an introduction and security.
Veteran Support Volunteers and Home & Hospital Visitors should wear a Photo ID Badge .
To apply you will need:
– Copy of current Completed police check
– Fill in the ID form request (available on better Impact-enterprise documents/files) – attached
– Email completed form, documents & passport sized photo to: [email protected]
– Cost : FREE. RSL Vic will produce and mail your ID card to you.

Learning and Development Program
March 2023
DVA Cards and Rehabilitation Appliance Program
Hear from Jeff Jackson, Manager of Welfare, Advocates and Pensions and Wendy Bateman, Manager of Health, and Wellbeing. They will speak about the different DVA cards and the Rehabilitation Appliance Program and will cover eligibility requirements, application process and entitlements.

ATDP Training Block
Designed for those who are undertaking ATDP training, these few days will provide the opportunity for trainees to come together to meet each other, work through the training portal as a group, spend time with Veteran Services team to talk about cases, as well some training sessions which will support your ATDP training. The program is currently being developed and attendees will not be required to attend all sessions. If you are interested in more information please click here

Volunteers and the Law
A workshop facilitated by Justice Connect, a legal firm that specialises in supporting not-for-profit organisations. The session will cover topics including Duty of Care, legal responsibilities, workplace health and safety, managing workplace behaviours and much more.
