Ray Fulcher, Chair of the RCBRG, has drafted this document on why RCB meets the “warlike service” conditions for the award of the correct medal and entitlements from that service in Malaysia.
Please find attached the RCBRG paper on some issues that the Tribunal raised at the zoom meeting and later.
This includes ‘expectation of casualties’ and the ‘rules’ for the AASM and VEA. Also discussed is the 1993 framework paper provided to us by your office.
