In this week’s article, Ross writes about a plane crash in PNG, one of those killed was Capt Bob Loftus, during my tour with 1RAR 1965-66 Bob Loftus was my platoon commander in 9PL C COY. He was a great skipper who ensured that we all came home. I personally think of him regularly, he will never be forgotten. Ray
